For Unilever, a multinational manufacturer of consumer goods operating in more than 190 countries, Fides has recently supplied a comprehensive warehouse management system. The SaaS based application has been customized to meet client's operational requirements. The system is secured through SSL, and supports inbound shipment, outbound shipment, customer promotion, returns alongwith analytics and management reports. Fides WMS went live on 24 June 2019 at Faisalabad DC. It will be extended to other locations during the current stage of project.

Fides signed a contract in May, 2017 to upgrade retailer network of a major telecom company with a new and enhanced cloud based solution. Some of the key modules included were disowning subscribers, mobile number portability, bio-metric re-verification, PTCL verification, mobile financial services, promos, surveys, reporting and business intelligence. The system was successfully completed and fully functional in December, 2017. It is available to 500+ retailers throughout the country. Fides Team is now working on phase II of the project, which is expected to be completed soon.

Fides has been awarded the contract in May, 2017 to develop a secure, multi lingual web portal of a key Government agency, Federal Public Service Commission of Pakistan. The portal was developed using Drupal as open source content management system and Oracle database at the back-end, and facilitated applicants across the country in their job application process.

Fides is developing a cloud based learning management system for academia. The system will enable educators and trainers to author, schedule, deliver, and report on quizzes, tests and exams. The system will automate all assessment phases: authoring, scheduling, delivering, and reporting. With an easy test maker, the user will be able to set up personalized exams that fit any kind of difficulty level, and provide their customers with appropriate feedback, so they will have a rich learning experience. The key modules of the system include an intelligent test engine, question management, user dashboard along with data migration.

Fides will be developing a new application for an existing client to help manage their field sales team. The client has a large warehousing and distribution service that covers all major areas in Scotland. They have a field sales team taking customer orders on a daily basis. It has become a challenge for them to manage their Field-Sales operations in an effective way. To be more productive, they need a solution which can facilitate their current processes with use of technology and software. The web and mobile application will aid the management of their business.

Fides has signed a contract to upgrade logistics and order fulfillment system of an established distributor to the catering trade. Fides will be developing a new and enhanced cloud based solution to address the limitations in the legacy system.  The client has a large warehousing and distribution service that covers all major areas in Scotland. They have a telesales team taking customer orders on a daily basis through a desktop based legacy application which is causing hurdles in management and overall productivity of company operations. The client therefore requires a bespoke web application to aid the management of their business.
