Downloaded Products
Once you have downloaded Software or Sets onto your computer or once the product is delivered to your personal download area, you accept that those goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the goods are defective in any way, you agree to inform Fides within 30 days and you will be provided with replacements. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
