Fides has signed a contract to upgrade logistics and order fulfillment system of an established distributor to the catering trade. Fides will be developing a new and enhanced cloud based solution to address the limitations in the legacy system.
The client has a large warehousing and distribution service that covers all major areas in Scotland. They have a telesales team taking customer orders on a daily basis through a desktop based legacy application which is causing hurdles in management and overall productivity of company operations. The client therefore requires a bespoke web application to aid the management of their business.
