Development of Retailer Portal – Ufone

Ufone is one of the largest telecom operators in Pakistan with a combined workforce of over 5,000 employees nationwide. The telco was recently looking to upgrade the company’s existing biometric based retailer’s portal to a new and enhanced cloud based solution. The newly developed application portal provided Ufone with enhanced security and effective compliance across its nation-wide retail network.

Fides Logistics and Order Fulfillment

In 2015, Fides was awarded the contract to upgrade and automate the logistics operations of an established distributor to the catering trade. The client had a large warehousing and distribution service that covered major areas in Scotland. They also had telesales and field sales teams taking customer orders on a daily basis. The challenge was to effectively manage their diverse and expanding operations and processes.

Najm – Learning Management System

Fides recently deployed its state of the art learning management system, Najm. The client required an online examination system to create, schedule, score and report on exams, quizzes, mock and practice exams. A key requirement was to enable them to monetize the courses based on subscription plans. They started with English, Mathematics and Non Verbal reasoning courses.

Counter Automation & Military Pension Payment System

Fides provided application management and development services to Pakistan Post on Counter Automation & Military Pension Payment Systems during 2008 – 2014. The Military Pension Payment System was designed to facilitate the pensioners to collect their pensions through Post Office. The Counter Automation System consisted of different applications including Saving Bank application. The applications facilitated the customers and postal Staff to make transactions efficiently and electronically.

Express Mail Track and Trace System
