Mail Track is an easy-to-use online system that allows you to simplify the receipt, delivery, and tracking of your internal mail packages and asset-based items. The incoming mail items, letters, parcels or packages are labelled with a barcode and booked in against the recipient using a barcode scanner. The pre-printed rolls of barcode labels can be supplied as part of the system. An optional email can be automatically sent to the recipient to notify them that a mail item has been received for them. For large quantities of mail, a batching system can be used. Bundles of mail items for the same address or drop off point are tracked in the same way. For increased speed and mobility, Mail Track provides full integration with mobile scanners and PDCs and allows you to customize the workflow to your business needs.
Mail Track also integrates with major carriers tracking systems like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and lets you track inbound and outbound packages effortlessly.
